This is a very rare item indeed, being a pre-release of “The Gunman” with different mixes from the final album, and a different track order.
I’ve only ever seen two of these, in two different variants. One is the same as the item listed, the other is the same plus a few additional tracks with different vocal mixes. Note that the first one has a missing section in Cowboy Dreams, this seems to have been a production error.
I guess these were produced as listening copies for people connected to the production, or possibly journalists. The starting price seems quite high to me: it’s not exactly the most popular album, but if you’re collecting you may not find another, so worth a sniff probably.
