Still in the midst of stacks of scanned interviews, I referred back last night to a 1990 video one, and decided I enjoyed it so much I’d have a bit of a break from text and post it instead.
I was a big fan of Antoine de Caunes back in the day. Particularly on Channel 4, where his disarming charm was particularly good via a thick Yves Montand accent.
But I did also watch him on French TV – Canal+ as I recall – and he was good value there too. And Rapido itself was a good show.
Nice feature piece, this, some nice camerawork in the Tuileries, and interesting content. Slightly better quality video mostly than the version I put on youtube years ago.
