Toru Watanabe, Japanese Sprout guru and journalist, just gave a talk on Prefab Sprout as part of the promotion of his book. During this, he played “America” on a big screen, apparently to “tears of gratitude”, and leading to this photograph, which is rather charming. Oh, for a few Skype concerts next.
