Bristol Colston Hall – March 31st 2000

bristolAfter a fair old trek down, one assumes, the M5, Paddy and crew arrived at the Colston Hall for the second date of the tour. Where at least two tapers were lying in wait – there is, indeed, what I might dare to refer to as a nice pair of Bristols (were I not a liberal guy too cool for the macho ache).

I’ve chosen the recording made on cassette which is marginally clearer. There’s a little bit clipped from the end of Faron Young due to a tape flip. As mentioned previously, should anyone have any other recordings of this or other concerts, I’d be glad to hear of them even if not wonderful.

Michael Eavis was at this gig, but sadly no Glastonbury spot ensued.
