Working through the video archive, we come to a pair of Spanish TV Interviews.
Firstly, the redoubtable Beatriz Pecker on Rockopop once again, with a very short inter-song segment. The Spanish TV Archive is gradually coming online, but this edition of Rockopop hasn’t made it yet, so this is off a very scratchy old VHS tape.
And from the same tape, an interview from Canal+ in Spain, a more substantive interview. Canal+ was a pioneering PayTV station, so this is a very rare and fortunate survival. Probably with Italy, Spain was the country where Prefab Sprout were most successful, so there must be more video out there somewhere!
