Hanspeter Kuenzler has interviewed Paddy several times. In 2013, this interview from 2009 which appeared on Swiss Radio, and (it turned out when I contacted him to ask if he minded me posting this) in 1990. I’m hoping to get a copy of the latter interview too in due course.
He’s a fan of course, and it shows. This is a condensed edit of the interview, but you can find the whole thing on Hanspeter’s site, to which apparently the Paddy McAloon material brings in by far the most visitors.
