The first hint that the “exclusive interviews” in 2013 weren’t in fact going to stop at the box set bonus disk and the Radcliffe and Maconie interview was this Simon Logan piece.
What I suspect happened was that Paddy had arranged to do the Radcliffe and Maconie piece down the wire from Radio Newcastle, and they grabbed him for a chat. They got their money’s worth too, as he was also mugged for an in-depth piece by longtime Sprout fan Steve Drayton.
