In the grip of a slight fever from a cold last night I hallucinated the concept of an entire 8 bit video platform game, where Paddy rides his psychedelic motorbike from Langley Park to Memphis (Wendy on the back, hair fluttering in the wind as far as 8 bit sprites can manage), picking up magic sprout power ups, dodging hot dogs, jumping frogs, a sharpshooting Jesse James looking a bit like Walter White (in the Alberquerque desert), before going through a mysterious door for a boss fight with Elvis on the banks of the Jordan.
