Well, it’s been a long time.
And it’s not that things haven’t continued to accumulate, or that interest has died, but sometimes life catches up with you, taps you on the shoulder, and starts an argument, and you spend so much time dealing with that it’s difficult to get the energy to do other things.
But this is great. Martin is coming out and playing some gigs. A couple of these are happening this coming weekend (at time of writing), which sold out so quickly there was almost no chance of getting tickets, and I didn’t try for various reasons. And I didn’t post about it either, not least because I’ve forgotten a lot of how the site works, which fields to fill in with what, and so on.
Martin contacted me though to say there’s another gig coming up, and this is really worth mentioning. It’s at the Cluny, 18th December (just in time for Christmas). I’m going, and I hope other fans get behind this. No idea what will happen, but I can’t see it being anything other than celebratory and lovely.
